Personal Photos: Photos are meant to be for your personal use only, and for sharing your story through social media. David Grace reserves the right to require the removal of any photos that are misleading, deceptive, or embarrassing to other students, facility or staff. Please strictly no videoing.
Other Policies: Please no un-started horses or Stallions at course/camps. One horse/One rider (unless approved by David or stated on camp flyer)
Payment Policy: If payment is not received by the due date, (2 months prior to start date) the next higher course fee applies, or the reservation may be turned over to those on the waiting list. Cancellation fee applies. Please see David for extensions or payment plans.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: David Grace reserves the right to cancel a course/camp due to unforeseen circumstances beyond his control. Such decisions will be made at least two weeks before the scheduled course date. If a course/camp is cancelled by, David Grace you will be entitled to a full refund (to be processed within 30 days) or the option to transfer to another course.
If you cancel your course before 60 days of course/camp start date, you are entitled to a full refund including deposits.
If you cancel your course before 30 days of course/camp start date, you are entitled to a full transfer of all funds including deposits to another course/camp. (with all cancellation and refund options included)
If you cancel your course after 30 days of course/camp start date, you are entitled to a transfer of funds paid less 25% deposits. (with all cancellations and refund options included)
You may cancel at anytime and you no longer wish to continue you education with David at any future courses/camp, a FULL refund including deposits will be issued.
Approval Policy: Acceptance is subject to application review and approval. Completed Online application must accompany Bookings.
